I have renewed my energies the past few weeks!

The month of May was too busy I didn’t even feel the weekends! As June finally approaches, I’m excited to see what I’ve accomplished, materialistically (is there such a word?) wise. 

Everything that can go great has gone great, and I couldn’t ask for more. Except maybe for an iPhone 4s (I just want one so I could use all the cute cases available!)

And… I’m back. It seems forever since my last self portrait! I’ve been too busy the past few months to set up the tripod and the camera and pose in front of it. I am super excited about my career change in the company I work for. After a year in After sales and documentation, I am transferred to Public Relations. Yay! Now I don’t have to leave my friends and colleagues (who I’ve grown pretty much attached to. Aso lang?)  Anyway, I’ve been sleeping in my room for the past few weeks now… and it feels weird somewhat because I’m not used to being alone in a room! The privacy is great, though. I’ll take a photo of the room once I fully set it up. There are few loose ends, like my magazines that I need organizing, and the closet that’s falling apart.

And… I’m back.

I had fun taking photos with a cardigan on. I felt superhero-ey. Tagaytay registers so well with dramatic photos. I was getting tired of our front yard, even with its glow from the christmas lights.

December 24, 2011 I rushed to SM today to buy some more presents for my family, and I got lovely gifts for them. Anyyyway right now, I’m so hungry, and the food here is so tempting. I rushed to SM today to buy some more presents for my family, and I got lovely gifts for them.

Anyyyway right now, I’m so hungry, and the food here is so tempting. Unfortunately I just can’t reach for a plate and eat, since we’re still incomplete. Can I just sneak some food?

Oh, and Merry Christmas everybody!

I’m so tired! (Pero hindi halata.) Next week’s our Christmas party! Exciting! (well not really, because we have to perform in front of everyone! You’d think sa arte kong toh mahilig ako sa mga perform perform, pero hinde! Hinde!) I got a knitted cardigan or jacket/coat with fringe at SM that I’m going to wear for the party. I got it… in the women’s department. Haha! A friend keeps on telling me I’m looking more and more masculine, maybe because I haven’t shaved for a month or so. Hahaha! I’ll shave next week!

SEASONS OF GOLD AND BLACK

I’m moving out of my area at the office. We’re going to sort of upgrade our work area so we were advised that we were going to move a lot of files and folders. I didn’t want any dirt to register on my clothes, so I wore black.

Maybe this change of scenery will ignite the dwindling flame that is my inspiration (deep lang). Anyyywaaay I went home tonight and saw lights in front of our house. My mom had the Christmas lights we bought put on the trellis in the front yard.

Kulang pa, and I plan to tell my mom to add more! The lights also added a festive mood to my self portraits.

See? Parang ang saya saya (kahit hindi naman). Hahaha moody.

I’ll be joining my college friends for some much needed get together tomorrow! Yay!

Ok, so my mood in this post is going left and right. Happy, sad, emo, then excited. Hahahaha!

I super love the pants I had tailored with the fabric I found in Kamuning Market! It stretches!You can’t see it clearly, but the black mixes so well with the gold, and as my officemate would say, “parang spray painted lang!”

I was considering the fabric for a shirt, or a cardigan or cape, but I opted to go for pants. I was not disappointed.
