A Beautiful Escape

While I was at the SM Megamall Mega Sale (happening til tomorrow, so I suggest you run to the MRT and head straight to Ortigas), and I happened to see this bag at Charles and Keith.

No, it wasn’t on sale, but it looked sooo good. The slouchy feel of it makes me want to stuff it with my everyday essentials and not worry that it’s gonna be all out of shape afterwards. I do have a preference for bags that are structured, so that I could easily place it on the counter or table without it having to topple over.   But it becomes difficult at times when I worry that its going to be bent out of shape when stuffed, or when I ride the MRT and it gets squished among the multitude of people, so this bag will be a perfect addition for those days I want to carry a lot of stuff. 

Oh and it’s in silver too. I’ve never had a metallic bag before. I think I’ll get this on my birthday, what do you think? (or maybe you can get it for me!)

The Nancy Gonzalez Crocodile Tote is one bag I’d carry to any event. Roomy enough for an everyday bag, yet luxurious enough to be used with the most gorgeous of dresses and gowns.

As someone who’d rather carry a bag like this to social functions and formal events, because I can fit my SLR in it, plus the there’s a body strap making it easier to carry.

Ugh, doesn’t this Brachfeld Parlaghy Red Carla Tote make you want to stuff it with everything?

While I don’t like too many hardware on bags, I’d make an exception with this one, simply because it works. The bright red color is eye popping, and will be the perfect office bag! I could put my I.D. in one pocket, the other one can have my car keys, the other one can hold change… the possibilities are endless!

The Yves Saint - Laurent Cabas in bright blue looks so good! This is a bag for the younger set of discriminating executives, the structured, elegant Cabas in an unexpected color will feel at home in the boardroom, and in a five star restaurant.

So to put it simply, I WANT THIS BAG!

Saks Fifth Avenue has the best bag selection! I love these metallic and studded bags! Their website also allows me to see the prices in Peso, which makes it easier to see how much everything is, (but makes it hard because I can see that I can’t afford it.)

I window shopped their site, and I picked the bags above as my favorites for the night! I do window shopping online when I’m feeling a bit low, and these bags perked me up!
