A Beautiful Escape

EXPLORE WITH FORD IN 2012

As I was driving along EDSA one morning, I saw this futuristic looking SUV beside my car. I had to take a lot of glances, because I can’t tell what model it is.

As the car sped away, I saw the familiar blue oval emblem. It was the new Ford Explorer! I watched in awe (weh!) as the sleek vehicle weaved through the traffic.

It looks so sharp!

I’d bet the new look would go great against the current crop of SUVs today. Now if only Ford will offer it in diesel variants, then I’m sold!

JACINTO and LIRIO

While I was browsing themall.ph, I came across this brand of bags that are made from plant leather. I’ve never heard of plant leather, but the photos on their website shows their versatility and beauty.

The price ranges from 6000++ up to 7500++ pesos. A bit pricey, yes, but if this looks good in real life and not just in their campaigns, I’m sold!

This teal and brown Gabriela is awesome. I’ve always loved teal and the combination with the brown leather makes it covetable!

Another color for the Gabriela is this black and brown combination. This would go perfect with a corporate ensemble!

The Gregoria is another bag I want from their collection. It’s so classic and chic, very prim and proper.

The Teodora is for the working girl. It can fit files, I think even your laptop! The design is contemporary and yet classic, and plant leather has such a distinct look I’m sure people will be asking you what your bag is made of!

Experiencing an extreme case of bag envy. It was my first time to see the Celine Paris Luggage Tote up close, in red no less!

I’ve got to hand it to Victoria Beckham. She has always been impeccable in her wardrobe choices, and now that she’s transcended into designing her own line she remained true with her personal style.

This Victoria leather-trimmed suede tote is an amazing piece. This is a bag that you’d love to keep for a long time, with its simplicity and classic shape.
